How I built a life that doesn’t revolve around work

Hi there, For years, I followed the traditional path: go to college, get a good job, climb the ladder, and hope it would lead to happiness. But the truth? I was burned out, stressed, and constantly thinking about work - even after hours. Weekends felt like recovery time, not living time.
