Hi rita , You ve probably noticed by now there s not a whole lot of "buzz" about land investing. I don t have a TV show about "flipping" or "rehabbing" or "crashing" parcels of land. It s not sexy business and there s really no opportunity for TV networks and advertisers to make big money by sensationalizing land investing. If fact, to most outsiders, land probably seems really boring. But that s good news for you and me. Why? Because that means Low Competition for us! And to smart people like you and me, making big cash profits and building passive income certainly isn t boring. Especially when we don t deal with nightmare renters, pain-in-the-butt contractors or expensive renovation disasters (like discovering asbestos). Land is simple, and simplicity is beautiful. No matter how many people get into land investing, there will be 20 times as many people trying their hand at landlording and house flipping. Let them toil away and deal with stress and headaches.
