November 2018 edition: Faster reports in Reply, Stories Creator and SocialChat.

Hi there, Thanks for being on the journey with us at Buffer. Here's a quick update on some of the things we've been working on over the past month. 🙂 Faster reports in Reply ⚡️  If you do a lot of social media engagement reporting, we've made a powerful upgrade to Reply to get reports loading a whole lot faster for you. For a peek inside Reply's reporting capabilities, feel free to join one of our upcoming introductory webinars. Create thumb-stopping Stories images 👍 Stories Creator is our newest free tool! It's a quick and lightweight way to create and download images for your Facebook and Instagram Stories on your desktop or tablet - helping lay the foundation of your Stories with customizable text, graphics, and a background image or color. Right now it's a standalone tool that is managed and supported by our marketing team. We're keen to learn from you about whether we should turn it into a fully-fledged Buffer product! We'd love for you to take it for a test drive here. Let us know what you think. 🙏 Start conversations on your website 💬 SocialChat is another free, standalone tool we launched last month. It lets customers start conversations with you on your website, and continue them privately on social media, right where they feel comfortable, via Messenger and Twitter DMs. It's a simple widget that's super easy to add to your site or app; you can grab the code here. New foundations for Publish 🧱 I also wanted to let you know that our engineers are continuing work on laying new foundations for Buffer Publish that will help us to serve your scheduling and publishing needs well into the future. It's a big task but we're excited about the stability and functionality it will provide when it is complete. Thank you for your patience with us; we'll have more to share on this in 2019!
